TERMS OF SERVICE

1. It will take approximately 7-56 days to complete the work, or it may take longer depending on the queue and workload. In the case of exceeding 56 days, 10% of the price will be refunded as compensation for the delay.2. The queue is arranged according to the order of money transfers. When it’s your queue, please submit the brief within 3 days. if the brief is submitted more than 3 days late, the next queue will be proceeded instead.3. Payment can be made in installments as we agreed, and the queue will be assigned only after the payment is completed.

• (If there is a cancellation of the task, the payment will not be refunded in any case.)

4. 1 queue can hire 2 tasks, but there is a chance of being rejected if I think I can't work on it.5. If you wish to use for commercial purposes, the price must be paid twice the personal used rate. Please specify before starting the work. Feel free to ask if you are not sure.

• (If it is later found that “personal-used” work is used for commercial purpose, 5x fine will be charged.)

6. 3 revisions are allowed throughout the entire work progress. If you require additional revisions beyond or want to edit the previous steps, a fee of 5.2 USD per revision will be charged.

• (Except for the omakase-type, revisions will only be allowed for the details of the character that I made mistakes.)

7. The final work file will be sent in .PNG and .JPEG formats. If you want a clear background, please inform in advance.8. The work will be sent via e-mail / google drive.9. It is strictly prohibited to upload or mint the work to NFTs and AI generators.

• (If it is later found, 100x fine will be charged. )

10. I may publicly share the completed work as a commission example. A watermark will be included. If you prefer it not to be posted, please let me know.

Please provide detailed description including the characteristic and personality of a character as well as the mood of an picture, since there will be no submission for checking and no revisions will be made after the completion of the omakase-type.

Important Notice- The price mentioned above is the starting price for one character with a simple background.
- Additional background starts at 15.6 USD.
- Components containing many details, such as long hair, lace, and accessories, start at 7.8 USD.
- Props in the image start at 7.8 USD.
- If you want to add more characters, the price will increase accordingly based on the above rates.
- These prices already include all fees.
